Gestalt Psychotherapy for Adults

Services Offered;

I am a Gestalt trainee therapist that works in English and Polish. I offer long and short term work one to one, depending on your needs.  I work from Monday to Thursday.

About Approach:

I have learned in my journey as a Gestalt trainee therapist that previous painful and traumatic experiences of contact with others play a big role in people’s current difficulties to form or maintain good relationships. They also have an impact on people’s creativity and growth, blocking their potential when it comes to building a professional career.

People can have painful experiences through contact with others but I have learned and strongly believe that the healing can take place by being able to talk it through with people also, in contact that is safe, professional, kind and non-judgemental. I offer support in understanding the overwhelming emotions that appear suddenly and which can disturb your daily functioning and can make you feel anxious and unwell.

I will support and work with you on your self care, self-acceptance and self-compassion, which are so crucial to your well-being.
