We have completed our second year of training and look forward in October to having a first, second and third year on the Diploma of Gestalt and Integrative. These Diplomas are taught along side each other with the group separating for theory slots.
We are very pleased that Post Graduate Psychotherapy trainees are now offering a low-cost therapy service. From January 2009 the students will cover each day of the working week. A new page has been added to the website to give more details soon. If you wish to refer to the low-cost therapy service please contact the Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership administrator.

Supervision Training |
Congratulations to the 2010 supervision students who all passed the Supervision (taught) course last year. They are now accruing the necessary hours to gain the Diploma. The new course starts in January 2011 and currently there a few places left. To ensure quality we keep the experiential training group small.

New Courses Planned
It is our intention over the next few years to develop the range courses we offer within the counselling, coaching and psychotherapy field. The aim at the Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership is that someone can enter with an interest in counselling and then follow a coherent progression route and exit with a recognised quality vocational qualification. Then continue to post – graduate masters of doctorate degree with our partners here and in Europe. The Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership is starting the progression route with the Certificate in Relational Counselling Skills starting in January 2010. From this course Under Graduates can progress to a Diploma in Relational Counselling Course, whilst graduates can choose to transfer into the P.G. Diploma in Integrative /Gestalt Psychotherapy in Autumn 2010. In readiness we are increasing our teaching team. We are delighted to welcome Julia Martin, Rosy Bevan Wood, Professor Debbie Epstein and Rachel Davies.
