About Approach:
Integrative therapy based on the philosophy that we all have a capacity for growth, for finding our own voice, given the right conditions. It also holds that our ways of being developed most tellingly in our child hoods. Understanding how we are repeating patterns which are no longer serving us well, can free us to feel less driven or hopeless and more in control of our lives.
Qualifications:
I am in advanced stages of an eight year (approx) training which leads to a Diploma in Psychotherapy (BCPC), admission to the UKCP and an MA from Middlesex I have over ten years experience in this field, as a counsellor in the voluntary sector and as a psychotherapist in private practice (2003 - Date) and I have also recently worked on a voluntary basis within the NHS (2005 -2007)
